Enrollment

The following requirements are in accordance with the Florida Statutes Chapter 1002.42 Private Schools.

Registration Requirements

  1. Certified copy of Birth Certificate
    Further information may be obtained via The Florida Department of Health – My-Florida.com – Birth Certificates or National Center for Health Statistics – Where to Write for Vital Records.
  2. Student Health Examination (HRS-H Form 3040) or waiver form
    Further information is available via The Florida Department of Health – School Health: Coordinated School Health.
  3. Florida Certificate of Immunization (HRS Form 680) or waiver form
    Further information is available via The Florida Department of Health – School Health: Coordinated School Health.
  4. Annual enrollment fee of $25 for the first student, $15 for each additional student, non-refundable.
  5. Complete ACEA enrollment application

Attendance Requirements

  1. 180 days of compulsory attendance during the entire school term pursuant to Florida Administrative Code.
  2. Daily attendance records pursuant to laws of the State of Florida and rules of the State Board of Education. These records shall be provided monthly either via the ACEA website, email or postal service.
